SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
We have found shipping paintings to be both convenient and affordable. We have shipped hundreds of paintings across the country on a regular basis. Just follow these simple steps or call us and we will talk you through the process: First, include your information and a short note describing what you would like repaired address and telephone number for us to contact you.
- We will supply to you a pre-printed Fedex shipping label and custom-sized box for your painting at your request. (UPS Stores offer a terrific wrapping services if you prefer someone to pack it for you).Fedex is our preferred shipper.
- Ensure support to the painting by sandwiching it between two pieces of foam core or cardboard.
- Next bubble wrap the entire painting.
- Place it in a box.
- Fill the airspace in the box with foam packing peanuts.
- Call us at (913) 661-9128 and we will arrange for our Ship and Insure service to cover the value of your painting during transport from damage or loss.
- Affix the prepaid label and barcode we sent you to the package and drop it at the a Fedex location.
- Fedex Ground usually arrives here within 1-3 days.
- When your painting arrives after we have had an opportunity to examine it then we can give you an estimate.
- For your convenience VWFA accepts both Visa and Master Card credit card payments over the phone.
